Taught the ways of weight loss from my roommate who once weighed 240 pounds but now is a fit 185, it’s easy to realize the kind of dedication weight loss takes. Exercise is obviously important but diet means more. Shoving fast and greasy food down the hatch is super detrimental to weight loss and muscle. My roommate is about to start a fat burning week, which means he eats nothing but egg white, tuna, protein shakes loaded with minerals vitamins and peanut butter. I love food so this kind of dedication is over my head. The results speak for themselves though. He has done this before. It is amazing what an extreme diet and the right tools for the job do.
He spent the last couple of weeks on vacation, eating late and bad, which spurred this extreme diet. I call it Hell Week. Personally, I stick to herbal supplements in the morning and at night to get me through the day. They boost my energy and keep my immune system really strong. I haven’t been sick for a long time. There are herbal supplements designed for fat burning too.
