weight lossThis morning a friend stopped in while I was having breakfast and asked if I could possibly give her some tips on weight loss.   I recently lost 100 pounds and she knew that I didn’t follow a diet, but instead changed my lifestyle and the result was weight loss.  I was trying to shed the pounds, plus get healthier so it was great to see that I’d inspired someone else to want to change their life.      I shared with her a few of my weight loss tips and also told her that I’d ordered supplements online, which I found to be invaluable with making sure that I got all the nutrients that my body needed.   I gave her several examples of the healthy foods that I ate over the course of the day, plus she had some breakfast with me and couldn’t believe how delicious it was and to learn that it was healthy.   In the end I was able to give her the name of the website where she could order the supplements, so that she could get them for a much better price than locally.   I’m looking forward to seeing her results as she begins this great journey to weight loss.
