When I look back to January 1, 2010 and then fast forward to today, one thing crosses my mind—this year is flying by. Time has a tricky way of disappearing if we let it. I’ve come to head in my life where I’d like to make some changes. Starting in the physical department, my health could use some tuning. No more late nights out on the workweek or excessive anything that is detrimental to my health. It is time for a fresh start to round out the remainder of this year. It is easy to let life pass by. That is something I will not let happen. I’ve started the detox process at home with products like Daily Detox II Tea, 30 teabag along with exercise. From what I’ve read many toxins are stored in body fat so the only way to flush everything out is to sweat. That is where exercise comes in and lots of it. On the minerals vitamins side of things, I like starting the morning with a warm cup of tea packed with herbal supplements.
Don’t ask me how I’ve gone all these years without getting into coffee. No one in my family or most of the people I know for that matter don’t drink coffee. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest where the smell of ground coffee beans is as common as the rain. The last time I gave the old cup of Joe a try was just before setting out on a 17-hour drive by myself. My dad was adamant about having me stop somewhere to rest but he knew that since I had to be back by a certain time that I was going to push through so he bought me an iced coffee double shot. I drank it and it kept me awake for a bit but man did it taste bad.
Out of the many minerals vitamins and herbal supplements I’ve been finding within Quarter Cats at http://quartercats.com/, this new tea tastes great. According to the natural remedies description there are vitamins minerals aimed at cleansing the body within every packet. I’m giving myself a month of hardcore detox before looking for any real results but I already feel better. Herbal supplements paired with meals packed with minerals vitamins really make a difference. I have more energy and have even been jogging farther, which for a guy that is by no means a marathon runner a great thing. The healthy life feels so good.
