weight loss, minerals vitaminsWeight loss takes a support system. That can mean a multitude of things. It is always nice to have friends or family cheering you on for every weight loss milestone but that isn’t always possible. I think weight loss is a conscious decision that a person wants to do—sort of like the decision an alcoholic makes to get sober. Just in this case, food instead of booze is cut out of the diet. I made the weight loss decision and have worked hard on dropping an end goal of ten pounds. There have been days where I was just a mere pound away from my goal but the weight came back. That pretty much means the water weight lost during exercise just came back.

I find support with minerals vitamins that promote energy, fat burning and muscle growth have to be part of the pantry. It is also important to remember that if doing weight training of any sort weight loss happens but muscle replaced by fat weighs more. I’ve gotten a bit stronger since starting this entire process and account that into not reaching my goal yet.
