Now that I’m well on my way with the new weight loss plan that I created for myself, I’ve been adding more fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet every day. It is amazing how much you can lose with a weight loss plan simply by being aware of what you’re putting into your body. I’ve stopped eating all processed foods and that along was enough to kick start the weight loss process. Within two weeks I’ve already dropped around ten pounds and I know there is more to follow. My brother suggested that I order some herbal supplements from the website he orders from online and I followed his suggestion. They should arrive any day now, and once they do- I’ll start taking the herbal supplements on a daily basis. One thing is for certain, I never realized just how much clean eating would make a difference in my life. Not just on the scales, but also with my energy levels and other aspects. My skin looks better than it has in years and I can’t imagine going back to the processed foods again.
