Ever since I stopped worrying about my weight loss and decided to focus on making sure that I was eating well, getting plenty of sleep and exercise, the weight has started to fall off. It doesn’t mean that I’m not conscious of what I eat, but I finally came to the conclusion that weight loss doesn’t have to be such a huge struggle. I have started listening to my body and when I find that I want to overeat, I ask myself if my body really wants or needs what I’m considering eating. It sounds simplistic, but I’ve had amazing weight loss results in the week since I’ve made this choice. In fact, I’ve been surprised. This morning, I ordered some supplements online that will give me the extra Omega 3’s that I need. It’s great for the body but I don’t eat fish each week, so I knew it would help give me that extra boost to help me continue on my weight loss journey. I’m excited to see where this new way of thinking is going to take me, and look forward to the numbers on the scale going down.
