Weight Loss Starts with the Right Shoes |

For a long time I had been doing it all wrong. I had a pair of outdoor shoes that came into play for any and all outdoor activity. If I was going on a trip up a locale ridge these shoes were laced up. If I was going on a jog these same shoes were on my feet. If I was going out to some event that called for lots of walking there they were. These now beaten shoes were my utility kicks. It wasn’t until I started looking around places like Quarter Cats that I realized the tools a person uses have to be meant for the job. I wouldn’t take herbal supplements designed for heart health when looking for energy just as I shouldn’t have been wearing hiking shoes for running.
The moment I bought actual running shoes with built-in cushion, my life changed. Weight loss did not seem as hard with these new shoes because my shins didn’t feel like exploding afterwards. Now that I have the right minerals vitamins paired with the right shoes, I’ve been able to beat personal distance goals and the pounds are slowly coming off.
