
A few days ago over dinner in our favorite restaurant, my friend and I started discussing that we would like to start doing some research on weight loss in hopes that we could shed a few pounds. Neither one of us is what you would call obese, but we are both overweight and eating out several times a week isn’t helping the weight loss efforts. I guess you could say until now, neither one of us have done more than talk about it, but we’ve decided to start this journey together and we think that by holding each other accountable, we’ll be more successful.
We both agreed that we would start drinking more water and that we’d cut out any carbonated beverages, because they are filled with sugars. We also agreed that we would go online and research weight loss to see what kind of information we could find. We both know we’d like to order some supplements online to make up for any lack of vitamins we may be missing, and we want to educate ourselves so that we will be successful with this weight loss journey.
