weight loss, natural remediesMemorial Day weekend is for BBQs, paying tribute to the troops and relaxing with friends whether that is at a cabin or apartment patio. It couldn’t have been nicer here as the sun shined from Friday through Monday. I have been attempting to lose 5-pounds but that entire regime took a half time over the weekend. Grilled chicken, cheeseburgers, potato wedges and hot wings all made it down the hatch these past few days and man did it all taste great. This weekend proved why weight loss is so tough. I’m interested in dropping a little bit of weight in my belly region. For the longest time I was skinny as a string bean but over the past year my mid section has picked up flab.

I love food. This past weekend proved that. So I hesitantly stepped on the scale last night to see the damage. I had gained 3 pounds since last time I checked. This week is all about weight loss. I’m going to try and run farther, find more activities outdoors and pull back on greasy, high-fat foods. I bought a couple of natural remedies online to help me along the way.
