When I decided that it was time I started thinking more about the weight loss program I was on, my best friend expressed concerns that she’d like to lose a little weight herself and asked if we could do some research on weight loss together and offer support to each other. I know how important it is to have someone around who offers positive reinforcements and also that can help you along the weight loss journey so I told her I thought it would be great for us to do it together. I found some supplements online for a great price and ordered some for the both of us. We’ve been taking them, along with making small changes in our diet and have added exercise several times a week. The one bit thing that has helped us both with our weight loss is that when we go out for lunch it no longer consists of fatty sandwiches and French fries. Instead, we choose healthier options, which always leave us feeling full of energy as opposed to drained and lifeless. This is one of those changes that we’re making for a lifetime and we both feel better already.
