weight loss, minerals vitaminsWe’re all taught the importance of breakfast as a kid but somewhere along the way of living on my own I got out of the routine of eating early because it meant waking up earlier prior to going to work. I love to sleep and sleep loves me so the trade off seemed like a fair deal. As I started to gain a little bit of weight, more then I was used to the fitness switch kicked on in my head and I really started listening to the basics of staying healthy. One of those things is eating in the morning because it jump starts the metabolism. Almost like telling the body, the day has begun and it is time to start burning calories.

My fitness minded friend told me it is better for the metabolism to eat small portions all day starting after getting out bed so the body gets used to burning calories all day, which in turn makes weight loss easier or at least curbs weight gain. Minerals vitamins in the morning has become a routine. It is working too. I have stayed on top of weight loss and feel great.
