I am so proud of my friend who had a weight loss of thirty pounds and she did it the reasonable way. She would take her daily minerals vitamins and do about 30 minutes of her stretching and cardio exercises in the morning. She then ate healthy foods in small portions everyday and had her energy snacks, if needed and kept at this for quite a few months. This regime just didn’t happen overnight, she has struggled with weight loss for a long time, but everything she tried diet wise would take off the pounds, but she would put it back on after the dieting was over. I think she just finally made up her mind that she was going to have to make a life change in how she ate and she needed to do some sort of exercise, because her job was mostly at the desk all day long. It also helped that a big decade birthday was coming up for her and she desperately wanted to see a change in herself. She has done it with gusto and hard work and is determined to keep the weight loss of all the pounds off. She eats pretty well and it is very healthy. Her daily exercise regime may not be everyday, but she says she does exercise at least three times or four times a week now. She looks fantastic and I know her mind is made up, she will stay healthy and be at her best weight for good now.
